How do I file a warranty claim?

All customers can fill out a warranty claim form here. 

Are my products covered under warranty?

Yes, however, each product has its own limited warranty policy. Please refer to your product’s packaging for specific on its warranty.

If for any reason the products are faulty when received or break during normal use, please fill out a warranty claim form here. Please do not ship products back to us until you receive an email confirmation from us regarding your warranty.
